Helping others - why and how?

The whole reason we get into the service industry is to help solve problems. 

It wouldn't be a service if we only did it for ourselves.

Similar to the hospitality industry, we have to take care of people and make them feel like they've been looked after. 

That's why we do it. 

The how is the variable. The fun part is figuring out what is the right tool for the job. 

We produce videos and media, write code and build tools but if we don't need any of those and can solve the problem with strategy - perfect we'll do that too. 

It's an exciting place to be where creativity is part of the job.
