One of the most exciting parts of the week is the creative session between Akira and I where we schedule our content.
For the longest time we were planning using long-winded conversations, DMs across many platforms, and even more platforms for content reviews and posting.
Decisions were buried in thread replies. Feedback arrived while we were sleeping or landed in the wrong place.
Now we just sit on our call with positive vibes being creative, visualise and resolve conflicts instantly, and we leave the meeting feeling excited.
The shift changed the whole experience.
When we can see the plan clearly, we can make decisions quickly and with confidence.
Through the week if we're ever curious about what's happening we can simply pop open the schedule to see and update the content as it's ready.
