Paris - Teaser 3

Across the river, in the middle of the street, the selfie crowd is out in full force. Tourists risk their lives dodging traffic just to get that perfect shot. 

Arms out, tower in the background, reality conveniently cropped out. 

You shake your head, take a sip of Burgundy, and admit it. 

You've done it too.

The next morning, Paris is quieter. 

The autumn light hits different here. Angled, warm, a little melancholy. The Seine looks like brushed metal. 

Even the river seems to slow down this time of year. 

You find yourself alone, somehow, even as scooters buzz and horns blare. 

It’s a kind of solitude you don’t fight. You just let it settle into your bones.
