Christchurch - "Through My Lens" Postcards

The beauty of Christchurch can be found within minutes of entering the city.
A short walk through the riverside and city centre is like walking the halls of a gallery.

It’s peaceful even if it’s busy. The busy murmuring of tourists and locals having a pint in the sun, the ring of the bells of the trams, it all paints the canvas over the fresh laid tiles - conveniently placed next to the cracked concrete and smashed windows of abandoned buildings yet to be reclaimed.

It earns its name, The Garden City, in avenues lined with tall trees that are about to turn all shades of orange and red.

It’s half polished, half broken. Full of stories being told and more to be written.
